• Certain pre-conditions need to be met to implement Stakeholder Dialogues successfully, to build constructive relationships and achieve specific objectives through dialogue and cooperation.

  Why use this tool?

  This tool helps to determine certain aspects that still have to be developed further to be able to start a fruitful Stakeholder Dialogue. It is designed to guide a joint reflection on the readiness for the use of the Stakeholder Dialogue approach, as well as to determine what needs to be done to create the appropriate conditions for the application of that methodology.

  When to use this tool? 

  The tool is to be used when you are considering the initiation of a Stakeholder Dialogue, but are not sure whether the time is ripe yet.
